 ABOUT OUR SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with priority registered mail using USPS in collaboration with each country’s public postal service (ie, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.). Each order will have a tracking number that will be emailed to the customer after shipping. 

Please allow 7-10 business days from date-of-purchase for Domestic orders and 10-15 days for International orders.

NOTES ABOUT SHIPPING 

All orders are sent using the address provided at the time the order is placed. If it needs to be shipped to a different address, please let us know and we’ll be happy to ship it anywhere in the world.

Things outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions, busy shipping times during the year, and other disruptions may affect the shipping time.

 We are not responsible for any other fees or taxes accrued during the shipping process. The recipient will be responsible to pay any other fees issued in their respective countries.

ABOUT OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

We offer the possibility of returns with a full refund. The product MUST be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For an item to be considered for a full refund, it MUST also be returned within 15 days from the delivered date. We highly recommend contacting us prior to shipping the product back. Once the item has been returned and approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make the original purchase.
